The Aberta Legislative Assembly Office (LAO) is a unique public sector organization that is rebuilding its Information and Records Management (IRM) program. The central focus is the records, but they have found it is as much about people and process. Learn how the LAO is reviving its records program to meet 21St century standards like ISO15489 and GARP and is discovering challenges and rewards to staff at all levels of the organization.
